15% laywers say tke offer
I am new i live in DE im 15 percent and w/c has not paid me nothing reimbustment for out of pocket for meds i got hurt on mason job nerve damage lawyer said cant get disability for 5 months what am i to do i hav a family and i feel terrible lawyer said all i will ge for perminace is10000. he gets 33.3 percent w/c has paid me nothing i cant fire lawyer i would have to pay him for letters that where sent out what to do

i went to doc and she has given me a light duty report but my job there is no light duty so now i have to wait it will take 6 months lawyer stated for me to get reinburstment
disability w/c states they will refund your money for meds just send in proof well its been 6 months i ave no money coming in i wentfrom making 1 thousand week to nothing |

scary isnt it.....research your states laws...call your senator and congressman find out why they are not paying you...cant wait on lawyer you are not his only cliant
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

I thought i could not talk to another lawyer nothing is wrapped up i signed paper work for the office to talk to my wife also if im not around well they would not tell her nothing cause case does not involve her my wife has sent paper work in to w/c and pushed for me to see a pain doc she had to call w/c to get it cleared for me to go to doc office she has run all reports to lawyers office all information am i allowed to get another lawyer if i have one already without himcharging me |

you can change attys at any time.
go here for help finding another http://www.dvls.org/LRS_Public.htm you will have to pay both lawyers; usually its one fee and they share. |
