RE: return to work
Sometimes kicking back can be the best thing. Just keep the employer within your loop...

RE: return to work
thanks bad boy i will, i have gotten more out of the boards than any legal means and its free

i am going to just wait keep in touch with employer and see, plus their IME doctors said mild partial disability, its not like he is saying that their is nothing wrong he recommends six more weeks for rehab, and more epidurals, after i can followup with my docs

question, i had one ime in september, been out since june, would they have another IME soon after the first one?. i know insurance company was sending around info to my docs finding out how long till full duty, with no restrictions,

RE: return to work
You can highlight the mistake, and send it to the IME for a rquest for correction. Make sure, everyone in your circle knows what you wish to do first.

Question;

You can ask your doctor, to put you into what is called Work Hardening PT. Doing this, just may get you back to work with no restrictions.

I had Carpal tunnel back in 19991, the IC kept me running around for over 18 months, I asked for work hardening before return to work, it did get me in shape too.

RE: return to work
one more question, down the line is their an advantage to having the IME doc agree with my docs like in my IME exam, I mean they are the ones keeping me out it might sound like a stupid question

tnx

RE: return to work
without a dispute it's difficult to deny and use the legal system.
