you again completely miss my point all the while continuing to mischaracterize my position on needed Health Care changes. I have only pointed out your misconceptions and flat out right wing propaganda. I have mentioned the proposed merits of the public option among other facts concerning what is being debated but no where have I said I would personally endorse it. After all, there is as of yet nothing to endorse.

I believe I may have said I would be in favor of a single payor system at one time though. Competition has done nothing good for the US health care coverage other than make a handful of execs and shareholders wealthy while the ranks of the UNINSURED continues to grow. Explain to me the merits of that fact if you can.

I certainly do not see any hint of government takeover of health care and have have challenged you to offer up one small tidbit of fact that says otherwise. You have and can not, only rants.

You have also neglected more than once to acknowledge the fact that the US Gov. has been in the health care business for a very long time and provide an increasingly important role to safeguard the health and well being of senior citizens, ( Medicare ), the indigent poor ( Medicaid), the disabled ( SSDI ), injured veterans ( Veterans Administration ) , American Indians and Alaskan natives, ( Indian Health Service ), Children of poor families ( SCHIP ), Military Families Health Care ( Tri-Care ). While not perfect examples of health care systems they are delivering low cost health care to a large segment of the US population with reasonably acceptable to excellent results, many to citizens who would have no health care at all without the Governement run programs.

But of course you aren't talking about that now are you ? You are talking about......well I don't know really, you haven't said. Only what you are against regardless of the fact that you have nothing to base that opinion on. Isn't that so ?
