RE: Hearing , once again
Continued for 60 days only

Today was lets say, push buttons day. 2nd Insurer now has only 60 days to work on MSA and put money on the table. It's been said they will need to perform this. Hearing Officer doesn't understand why no money has been on the table for all these years, and the warnings were put out, that 60 days is now the time limit. So, at this point, anything now can take place, they can make an offer tomorrow. So we will see. All in all, a good day in my opinion...Cool

RE: Hearing , once again
The Judge has put the 60 Day Deadline, Correct? If so that's a Good thing for You, due to the Fact that the Games that can be Played have a Date to End, as per the Judge! I Hate Judges doing that, it's Happened with Continuances in My Case Well Over 8 Times or so, and Never by Our Side! They knew in Plenty of Time that this Mediation was Upon Them, and the Judge should have Placed a Fine along with that 60 Day Deadline, it's just a Dragging Out to the Bitter End Ploy, and I'm Sorry You have to be a Part of that, as I know how it Feels!!Let's just Hope 60 Days from now it's All Over, and They Step Up and Take Responsibility, and You Receive what You so Very Much Deserve!!Wink

RE: Hearing , once again
Limbo, as of I think 2 years ago, they told the hearing officer they were working on the MSA, they proved they done nothing to the fact. The 2 nd Insurer play the rotate attorney game, and not ready issues to many times. So, the hearing officer gave them 60 to get it done, get an offer on the table. 2nd Insurers attorney's hands being forced. Plus the fact the attorney has to drive in from Rockford,ILL, which is about 2 to 3 hours drive one way each time. They hate that. So, as you can see, all the things they have to been performing and such, just proved to become false and lies on their part, so the Hearing Officer is calling them out, with very stiff warnings.

RE: Hearing , once again
I Hope this Next Meeting is the Last, especially with the Judge Upset, and on Their Backs!! My Judge, because My Case was Started with 2 Petitions, and Turned into 12 because of the Defense and took 2 1/2 Years to Complete, allowed Them to See Me Deteriorate Right in Front of Their Eyes! That Added Very Much to me Winning the Credibility Issues, and My Dr. was also Found to be the Most Credible! We have to Live Through Their Games, and it's Great when it Comes Back to Bite Them in the A**!! My Very Best to You!!Smile
