1171, never would I say for children; the disabled and such. My comments are made to those that abuse a system, made to help during tough times of their life.

If on a State Aide or City Aide program, and have healthy childern and such that go to school, let their non-working parients work free of charge for the school, like crossing gaurds and safe school programs. Please, in my area of Illinois, I see the major portion of the abuse. Where the ones that need it the most then suffer from it, because they don't know the angles like the abusers do.

My comments are made for abusers, not the needy.
