RE: MOVING OUT OF STATE
I believe you will need to find a dr. that accepts WC and you will still be cover but under OHIO laws. Not California's laws.

8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom.

RE: MOVING OUT OF STATE
You will not loose your claim because you moved.

The issue of moving has come up on this forum before. I think your biggest battle is going to be, finding a dr.. You may want to start making some phone calls now. Meaning, before you move. There are some people here from CA.. Hopefully tomorrow ( this morning ), they will respond.

RE: MOVING OUT OF STATE
yes you will need a california doctor who reports according to OHio laws and will accept Ohio fees.
at some point you may need to return to ohio for legal exams to finalize your benefits.
