Judge can't find my file

RE: Judge can't find my file
I agree with 1171, Bummer. At this point your file should be turned over to the new Judge for a decision.

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.

RE: Judge can't find my file
I had another injured worker contact me.

She has the same judge, her file wasn't lost but it took 6 months to get a decision on medical treatment.

By Kansas law the judge has 5 days to make a decision.

RE: Judge can't find my file
I spoke with my attorney today about the lost file.

He acted like my file being lost was no big deal, and said, I'm sure it is around somewhere" I did not find his words reassuring.

I worry about idenity theft it the file falls into the wrong hands.
