Group Of Lawyers In A Firm

Hello All,

My Attorney is one of the 15 Lawyers that work in the firm, When settlement comes do they all talk about their cases to reach decisions or only the Lawyer I hired work on my case just wondering how it works?

depends on their level of expertise and the issues.
however the law has many very specialized fields and there may not be others in the firm familiar with comp. it all depends on the situation.
more junior attys may get advice from senior attys and partners; others not so much.
the advantage of a firm is that any one atty can draw on the expertise of others as well as cover for them when there are scheduling conflicts.
