I have never received any payments other than mileage reimbursement. The Dr. says I'm not eligible for Disability, T or P. But I am allowed future medical for life. So WC mentioned a medical settlement to close out the case. WC told me to just wait on paperwork from them. I hope I'm waiting on some type of advance payments?

apperantly not.
if they are going to make an offer to buyout your future medical there won't any advances until there's an agreement.
