yes...now would be the time to start eating carrots.......I gained alot of weight after I quit......mostly because food really tasted good

Great job, Kate! I was alsways surprised that after 5 attempts it doesn't bother me to be around smokers. If I'm in a crowded room of smokers when I get in my car my clothes smell horrible. It clings to everything. I now know how sick I must have made all my Dr.s when I would wait in their small rooms for 30 minutes and they would walk in. Serves them right for making me wait so long. LOL

INice job Kate, I quite 1 1/2 years ago, Have really not been bothered by other smokers. All my friends smoke and I swore that if I ever quit , I would never be like most reformed smokers and constantly harp on those that still smoke. And I haven't, My friends can and do smoke in my house and car, and it does not bother me. I have smelled alot of things much worse than smoke. How about baby diapers, Cancer odor etc/ gangreen to name a few. The smell of gas fumes or tar takes my breath away....... Keep up the good work, it gets easier as time passes..

I keep waiting for the food to taste better, as others have stated, and there has been no change, it is still the same.
