jay2jay...I believe someone is pulling your leg...I see no reason for them to go to the trouble of structured settlement for 10 grand......someone is being fooled with
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

Jay, in All Honesty, a $10,000.00 Settlement can be Paid via the Lowest level Adjuster at the Ins. Co., without even Contacting Anyone Higher Up on the Chain. There is Absolutely No Reason to Structure a Settlement on $10k!! Someone is Definitely Playing Games, and You Need to Find out Who!! Best of Luck!!
