yes i have had that or atleast thats waht the dr was saying when he first got my mri back..and yes i could hardly stand but after he did a discogram bc the steroid shots werent working he found that i had 2 ruptured/herniated disks whic led to a 2 level fusion l4-l5 l-5-s1.i gues that what im trying to get to is that an mri dosent always show everything..good luck

I have bulging disks at 3 levels in my lumbar spine. I can stand the pain but it does get pretty bad at times and I have almost forgotten what a day without pain is like.
