North Carolina WC question
My husband got hurt at work. He is a pipe fitter and got a hernia at his belly button. He meets with the surgon next week for surgery. My question is as follow. He has not loss any time from work for this injury. After he has surgery next week he will go back to work the next day. As you may relize he is just supervising and not pulling pipe. Will WC offer him a settlement on his case or will he have to ask them about it. What is usually the pay off for a injury of this nature?

Thanks for any insight

RE: North Carolina WC question
none if he doesnt lose time or wages at work

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile
