Rjaffman.....thank you so much for putting it the way you did. Very clear. I sometimes stumble over the words. Being from PA all you have said I went through. My personal IC paid all of my medical once they rec'd a denial letter from WC IC> I was made to pay my co=pays and now that I have rec'd a favorable decision hope to be re=imbursed. Also as far as the IME goes with this injury I was sent within 2 1/2 months BUT my first injury in '99 I wasn't sent for 18 months. Again , thank you for putting this in layman's terms. CAP God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |
