Anyone had this?

RE: Anyone had this?
I am doing much better today.

The doctor called in a stronger scipt of muscle relaxer.

I now take 10 mg at bedtime and it is helping, (I was taking 5 mg)

I do have some small spasms this morning but much less then the last few days.

Along with the ice/heat I am able to move around.

Thanks Tuffy and everyone else for the help.
