BANANAS
Did you all know that you can freeze bananas? In all my years I have thrown away so many overripe bananas I don't even want to think about how much money I have wasted. This is tried and tested so I wouldn't be pulling your legs.

Just throw your overripe bananas, peel and all, in the freezer. Pull one out when you are ready to make a smoothie, milkshake, chocolate dipped frozen banana, cream pie, whatever..........

Hold the banana under warm water for a short minute and start peeling. The strings will come off very easily by gently rubbing. You then have a beautiful white whole frozen banana.

I'm so excited to learn this, I'm beside myself! Off to make a fruit smoothie for dinner. Am I the last one on earth to learn this? Tongue Tongue

Chris if you are going to make a banana bread take out three and let sit on counter while getting the rest of ingredence out then peal. Three will give you two cups.

May God send his angels to hold you in his arms

I also keep my bananas in the fridge the peels turn black but they are still white inside for a week to 10 days...not that bananas stay in my house that long
