Penny, God Only knows if they will Appeal, I have Heard of People being Prepped for Surgery that were told w/c has Changed Their Mind here in Pa., and they didn't get Surgery! If this at ANY TIME Starts to not Make Sense, get an Attorney that Deals in w/c, there are so Many Loop Holes in Pa. w/c it's Unbelievable!! Almost 5 Years in this Pa. System 15 Hearings, the Appeals Process, and I'm Still Battling! But My Problems and Your Daughters are Different, and You May not have to Bear 1/100th of what I have, just Keep and Eye on Everything Said, and Document, Document, Document!!!

penni Natural redheads tend to have alot of scar tissue...I do not remember why but it just seems that way...My daughter is also a redhead by choice she is a natural blonde but says no one takes her seriously as a blond...they step lightly around the red head she believes fearing her temper...she has my temper I just happen to be a natural redhead with temper and massive scarring....

Im not worried, she'll recover and heal just fine. Also, were going to see the WC attorney early next week. There may be another attorney involved with the chain store. All we can do is get her better and hope for the best and let everyone do their jobs!
