colorado needs feedback
COLO Three years ago I broke a bone in my foot while on the job. After several years of on and off treatment I hired a lawyer. I have ended up with a total of 2 surgeries and final report to lawyer reads Morton's Neuroma in foot and Bursitis in hip (from limping). Lawyer is saying you have no case to speak of. He is expecting a very small settlement. Any input?
I still limp, sleep on the sofa with my hip elevated and don't expect this to get any better than it is now. |
