Rolleyes nowhere to turn
We have been fighting workers comp since january. We have done everything asked of us but it seems as if now we have nowhere to turn.We no longer have a caseworker that we know of and we dont have a primary doctor. Our last caseworker before dropping us via letter told us when we have a problem to go to urgent care. Arent we supposed to have a caseworker and primary doctor? Is that legal? I mean to just write us off and offer no info on what to do or who to contact?

RE: nowhere to turn
ok can you give us more info....a state would be nice......injury would be nice...are you still working or on WC? do you have a lawyer? You have a caseworker somewhere unless you have been released by your Doc back to work and your case settled...so welcome and please we need more info

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

RE: nowhere to turn
each state has it's own work comp rules.
can't provide specific information for you without knowing what rules control your claim.
