Thank you all so much. It means the world to me to have this team praying for Bill. I couldn't speak , think or breathe for the first few days after we found out so it took awhile to word it. The PTSD have made me dissociate for awhile. When they took his lung out a cell grabbed onto his ribs and sits there as a small cancerous tumor now. Cyber Knife is the first step....might takes weeks to get it going. All we need to know was tha t it was back. Prayers are all that helps us deal.

Cap I have heard great things about the cyber knife.

My niece's father-in-law is a specialist in onocology at the Cancer Center of Kansas and chair of the board of directors.

He was my doctor with the spinal tumor. Because of the location of the tumor surgery in not an option. If growth is shown in this area the cyber knife is the direction I will go.

cap..told my mom about your situation and she called it in to her church and they put you and your husband on the prayer list today as Carol's friends in Phila.... best wishes many more prayers going up for you and him...love Red

I am so sorry to hear that you and your hubby are having to go through this yet again. I pray for all my forum friends on a daily basis.... that whatever their needs may be for that day... that they be fullfilled. I will say extra prayers for the 2 of you now that they are definitely needed.

Y'all are in my thoughts, heart and prayers everyday.

Lilly, halftrak.....keep them coming. Only prayers save lives.

Bummer.... I hear that Cyber Knife is great. It will pinpoint the tumor and attack only that. No damage to good cells this time. We see the specialist tomorrow and are praying that he is a candidate. His oncologist believes he is. Don't know if he'll need Chemo again afterwards or not yet.
