FCE Results In hand
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today was my FCE, before I begin I must stress honesty here. I sat in for the therapist Q/A session which lasted 45mins. They asked about history of the injury. Be honest its so important, there are questions that are the same questions but reworded, if you are not sure ask!!!!!! Oh by the way once you walk through the door, you are watched! during the exercises the therapist walked away if your honest there is no worry, if not your in trouble because they walked away only means you dont see them, they certainly see you!! Now remember this is about integrity of the therapist, the company they work for, and most importantly your future to a degree. Now I have no idea of the total effect of the FCE, I will tell you its painful. They measure your blood pressure from the begining and the end, me I work so hard my body was wet . I tried every test offered, I perhaps should not have in hind sight, as I am very sore and in a great deal of pain.
The results will interest me, I have verbal results from the therapist, but the written results I would love to read.

On my way out some guy asked me about the FCE, he stated he wanted to know how to get the best score for his settlement, I laugh and told him this is about your health not just money, just be honest and work until it hurts dont go beyound the pain. He said he just wanted more time off, i very strongly suggested that he be honest!!! He laughed as stated he will do what he must. As I drove home I thought this guy may have been an insurance rep. How did he know I had an FCE, many people before me walk by this man. oh well just be careful and honest you will do well.
