Will WC pay for this?
I am giving serious thought to going to ER tonight.

Never been with wc, even the auto accident, just saw the doctor in the office.

The burning pain & spasms have gotten to the point that nothing I am doing seems to help, being on my feet just makes it worse.

The only thing keeping me out of ER is I don't know if my insurance company will pay for this.

I still wait on the judge's decision on adding the back to the claim.

Any thoughts?

Your PCP should have somebody on call or an answering service. CALL!

They may or may not sweetie but if you're in that much pain you need to go. Pay it off $5 per month....please go to the er. They may not tell you the underlying cause but they should at least give you something to stop the pain at least for awhile.

My opinion, get off your feet, and see the doctor in the morning. The ER is only going to give you a shot some pictures taken, and a script to go home and tell you to visit your doctor. But, if it gets to a point of you or the pain, then by all means then go to the ER.
