RE: looking for real anwsers PLEASE
you want a honest answer well here it is...we have no idea...it depends on so many things...the amount of disabilty, how much you made how much are you gonna lose.....have you a lawyer are you gonna need meds and medical care for the rest of your life are you on SSDI... see so many questions to answer before we can even give you a guess and thats all it would be is a guess
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

RE: looking for real anwsers PLEASE
Hopefully, you have a rip-snort WC cert. lawyer, who can fight to get you a large settlement, and med coverage for a lifetime.
If you are on your own (no lawyer)....less $$ guaranteed. Lilly Injured worker, & tired of it all! I'm too old for games!! A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, and a loving word may heal and bless! |
