Your avatar has to meet the requirements to post; i.e.: 100 x 100 pixels or under, and less than 10 KB's.

right click on the picture, go down to properties. Highlight the url, right click and copy. Go to your profile and put in the URL that you copied. It should upload to your avatar.

Don't know if you took my advice or not on your avatar, but I see that it is up and running now.

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

RE: Dieing in Tullahoma
Okay,

I need to get back on topic. Which was, access to your medical records. My position is they are a product of a for hire contract and must be provided, otherwise it is a failure to perform. It seems workers comp is holding these records hostage. However Sarah Palin had her brother-in-laws records on her desk.

There was mention of W/C attorneys access.

I am thinking that a post award pro se motion by Mitzgirl may survive. In that she was award compensation until award of SSD ( had she the points) or SS (62, as in her case she did not have the points).

The Issue is discovery of whether the State is positioning itself for "ESTATE RECOVERY", while limiting further compensation for her healthcare. She has been give notice her benefits will expire this year.

An example, EMS is covered now. She has been admitted to the ER at least 8 times this year (as recently as friday for congestive heart failure), one of which I told her to revoke her DNR, they would have let her die. These visits will then cost $455 for transport each way.

I truly expected more people here to realize this is heathcare by extortion.
