RE: HHHHHMMMMM
Your not the only one up patrolling this morning AQA.. I am here as well. Just not a lot t say. It must be a Texas thing this morning. I am unable to sleep due to extremely high pain levels.

And this will post a different time than it is here...it is now 5:47 AM. I have been up since about 7 yesterday morning and now there is no sense in trying to get any sleep, as I have to start my day at 9AM. Finally have things set at the other house to have the BIG indoor yard sale this weekend. I have three rooms full of items to sell, and still have more in the cupboards and drawers of the kitchen and butler's pantry. Will be adding new items as things sell. But looks like we might have to have a second weekend of sells to get it down to a decent level to donate. Have already donated over $500 worth of items now, as it was things that I knew we couldn't sell, but could be used in retirement centers and such. We still haven't even touched the things that are stored in the garage, so come fall, when it cools off, will have to have an actual garage sale.

It was also decided over the weekend that my youngest son would be staying on to start the school year here, so have been dealing with that. Had to go to the district office to list his school of choice, now waiting to hear if he is going to be given his first choice. If he isn't, we then have to do a withdrawal for him, as we will then be going with home schooling. Our teacher's start back to school on the 17th, and the kids the following Monday, the 24th. So it is a bit hectic around here.

Still fighting with WC over my IIBs, as they can't seem to get it right. And now am adding the fight for my travel pay. Received a check for less than half of it, and no explanation as to why they didn't pay it all. They only paid for January 14th through April 30th. Nothing from the first year which began April 28th,2008. So have instructed my lawyer to schedule a BRC. I submitted actual travel from 04/08 to 01/09 at end of January of 09, and it was faxed to the adjustor on 02/02/09 so was received within the 1 year time limit. Nothing was done on it at that time. I resubmitted everything .. from 04/08 to 04/09 at the end of May, and it was received by the adjustor on 06/01/09. The check was dated for August 4th. Way over the 45 days in which they had to respond. So now, I can go after them for penalties and get more then they want to pay me, if all goes right. Will wait and see what happens if we file for a BRC. They may just roll over and send me the remainder of the check rather than have to go to a BRC and possible CCH, where they could really get nailed.

Still waiting to hear on my SSDI claim. The last contact I had with the gentleman that was handling my medical determination, he said that he had all that he needed and would be sending it to the main SSDI office over 2 weeks ago. But according to the website, he still has it all. I took all of my medical records to the SSI office here in town on 20 July where they made copies and sent them to Austin, so I know that he can't be waiting for anything along those lines. It's hard being patient, when I know how quickly some here on the forum were approved for their SSDI.. but yet I know it could take months for the decision to be made.

Hope y'all have a great day. I am going to be one tired pup when I get home tonight from the other house.. and have to be back early Friday morning to start the yard sale. But we gotta do what we gotta do to get things done sometimes.

RE: HHHHHMMMMM
UA,
Sorry your pain levels are so high right now but I sure do know what you mean, I have been the same way lately.

You go get those penalties that are owed to you. I sure did and since they had to pay that penalty they were never later in paying my mileage to me again. I got $2,000 in penalty money from them and they paid lawyer expense also. You gettem girl! Love ya!
