Thanks Tuffy....She is almost done again. Dave is getting ready to finish the siding again...this is like the 3rd time we have done something different, because he was never happy with the stucco look and the first product was made in FL and they promised us that it would hold up to PA's winters. It didn't of course...so now we will just go back to the good old vinyl siding and be done with it. It won't have the look we wanted, but it will be there for a very long time. I can't wait until the day she sells....There has been so much hard work , sweat, tears, arguing over this place I can't believe I'm not crazy, OK I am crazy, but not because of the Castle. It has taken everything we had to get it where it is and with my injury and not being able to take care of it I will be happy when we do finally sell it. It started out as another lodge and before we knew it it turned into this 6 year project from he//. Like I said I do love it, but it has taken so much time and money that it will be a relief to get the money back so we can start to travel and do things before we are too crippled up. I don't know if I told you guys, but Dave dislocated his shoulder about 7 weeks ago and he has a torn rotator cuff. He needs surgery , but he won't have it before our son Josh gets married so he is suffereing a great deal. He is still working on the Castle and I told him he is going to make it worse, but he won't listen, just like when he had the hernias and they kept getting bigger and bigger, but he said it wasn't from him lifting that heavy drywall. I am so glad that everyone who came to the Castle enjoyed it so much, I had a ball.

Limbo and Tuffy,
It is so great to see what my buddy looks like. You are exactly what I pictured.....a big tall guy. So nice to be able to put faces with names. Thanks Tuffy for all your hard work in locating the pics and posting them for us to see. I can tell I missed a good time. Backache and Dave, your castle is beautiful and I see why they called it the castle. Dang, and I missed it. Love y'all!

Thanks MJC!! It was Great to See the Pictures of You in Atlantic City, and I would have Loved to Meet You at the Castle if You could have Made it! Backache and Dave are such Great People, and I had a Great Time there, I just hate to look at Pictures of Myself anymore, that Dam* Pain Shows no Matter how Hard I try and Hide it!!

The castle trip was great. I had to get special permission from my surgeon to do the drive. I had just had my staples removed(lumbar surgery) not long before this trip. I had to stop every so often and walk so I would'nt get stiff. I enjoyed meeting everyone and putting a face to the name,lol. I thought the area was gorgeous. I feel bad though that since I was sleeping in a room with RNVic, I kept her awake most of both nights. I also was'nt up to painting with Red, which I truly wanted to do, I even brought some small glass vases to paint. Marcy and Dave were so great to have us all there. I still laugh when I think about the post beforehand where we were telling Jayne that we would stick her in the dungeon if she got out of line, lol.

Still I have met you and the first thing that came to a very tall womans mind was Gee I wonder how tall he is if he could stand up straight. I'm sorry and I know from me you won't take it wrong, but you must have been a giant when you could stand straight. I'm the same way being almost 6' and a girl. No one knows because we just can't get that full height back. I loved being tall.
