Exclamation I don't understand.............
I love my WC doctor to death, so I'm not badmouthing him or anything. He works for an occupational medical clinic and when I needed a new Primary Treating Doctor, he was the only one who would take me because my case is so "complex".

I just had my 6-wk check in with him, and he RELEASED me to an alternate position, with a long list of restrictions, including not to work over 4 hours a day.

Now, the situation is I am RETIRING in 2 days.

When I questioned him on this, he said he had discussed my situation with the NCM, and she told him to do this. (What The You Know What?)

I don't understand the reasoning for changing my status at this point. My condition hasn't improved, but has worsened and I am currently receivng treatment and procedures.

Does anyone here have any insight on why this was done. It is stressing me out big time. Tongue

Let Go, and Let God......

you know you are a worrier Smile
and I know you can't help it Wink

unless your employer has such work it should not affect your benefits.
without knowing the details of your claim it's difficult to judge the implications.
you can discuss it with the case manager and may get some insight.

You got that right 1171 Tongue

Even though I am retiring, does my employer have to make a job offer with accomodations as to not lose the 15% discount in PD for doing so?

Let Go, and Let God......

CC, I don't think anyone will beat the 2 days before retiring time limit. I agree, why worry now...

Lord Only knows Chris, I was sent for an IME to the Very Same Dr. that saw Me 6 Mos. Earlier, and My Condition has not Changed a Bit, and I haven't Received the Report Yet, but I bet it Will be Different!! All We can do is be Patient, and Prepared to React when they Act! Hopefully they will not be able to do a thing with that Info.!! My Best, as Always!!Wink
