accessible house help!
Hello, I'm a Texas injured worker with life time benifits.I just built a house and comp hired a care planer to tell them what I needed to make my house accessible. The care planer began working with a contractor telling them what I needed, accessible shower, ramps and wheelchair walkways, a generator because my body no longer can control temerture and always need electricty, 2 exits, etc.Now that some of the work is complete they tell me their not paying for it.My rehab doctor wrote a letter explaining why I needed these things and the care planner they hired said to do work not me and now my comp case worker says her boss won't pay..any advice would be greatly appreciated....thanks willhin
