Hey Snowbear~
When you want to reply to a specific post with a Quote then click on THAT Reply in Their post.  Now if you just want to Reply without the Quote, then click on the Reply Button at the very bottom.

Whenever you wish to see who's online, just scroll to the bottom of the page.  You'll see Forum Jump.  Click on that and then click on Who's Online.

Oh, you can also go to the top of this page and click on "WorkersComp Discussion Forums" to see who's been online within the past 15 minutes. Hope that helps.

I am sure MJC will get a kick out of my post. I have known her for about 5 years and if she hadn't made it over here, I would have found a way to get her here. I was hoping to see her post that way if she needs her old avatar, I can send it to her - heck I may just e-mail it to her anyway - she knows which one I am talking about. That is if I still have it - may have to look around for it - but sure I have it saved somewhere for her. hehehehe
