Hello - new to the forum today - state of Virginia - date of injury 12/2006 - total knee replacement 12/2007 - MMI 2/2009 - I have filed for PPD, Travelers has agreed to pay, but that was 2 months ago and Travelers is saying they are waiting for WC to approve and WC says they are waiting for an award letter agreement from Travelers - how do I get this off this stalemate - I really need the PPD - my travelers worker seems all of 15 years old (LOL) and never is forthcoming with information - any suggestions

If you have a copy of signed agreement send another to workers comp and request approval.
make sure to cc the carrier.
or ask for a conference and have all the paper work brought into to the comp commission to approve.
