Am I Being Paranoid? Pros?

It seems to me that there has been a run of new posters whose style is very very similiar; i.e.: all small letters, sentences running together without any punctuation, purposely misspelled words, etc.

Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but some of these posts are very much like my situation and I am leary of answering or saying much.

Most of you who know me here know that I have been very open, but I'm wonderng if that has been a mistake.

Anyone else feel "suspicious" at times?

What cautions are advised by our pros who come here to help, not hinder?

I'm not suspicious. As many should know, banned posters can be tracked by ADMIN. I say, just be you, and not paranoid. No one can harm you.

ChrisChris...I agree with BBBBX4.... ADmin would most likely know if there were any wrong doings. I gues IP address...but maybe not the exact because this would only give you a major DNS...domain name system..such as in my case comcast.... but I am sure there is a way... and even if their were people doing such, what harm could they do. Nothing to worry about ok .... I understand your feelings however. I am going to pm you. Love Red

would and does know shady posters by many different ways IP. adresses/ e-mail/ he has his ways> I feel safe Probably wouldnt give out my home address or phone in a post, come to think of it I dont think I ever have anywhere on the net. Hi Chris!! BX4 and Red are Correct, but I have Noticed the Punctuation and Typing Style Myself, so You aren't being Paranoid! I Think More and More are Finding this Site, and Newer Members seem to be Popping Up Daily, so I could See Your Concern there. But I think it just May be Some Folks just don't Use the Proper Punctuation and so on, because this Computer run World is not Teaching Correct Writing Skills, and as long as the Word They are Typing can be Understood, they don't Care about the Spelling, just watch a Young Person Text Message, They Probably don't Spell One Word Correctly, but the Other Person can Understand!! I'm an Old Timer that does His Best to Spell and Use Correct Punctuation, and Spell-Check is My Best Friend!! You also have to Remember that We are on Meds. such as Many New Members May be, so that could be a Reason also! So No Your Not being Paranoid, but I also Agree with BX4 and Red, ADMIN. Takes the Trash Out for Us on a Regular Basis!! Have a Great Day!!

Was someone talking about poor language and english... ???? Once a long time ago, I had a teacher tell me that to get a ph.d, you have to learn to spell in incorrectly... right then and there I decided I had to get a ph.d...lol.... my punctuation is terrible and I don't take the time to correct it... sorry...grinning, but that's me... roll it out and run away Red...lol

Hey Still you make a valid point. Even though I'm kinda old school almost 40 grammar/punctuation was not my best subject. But throw me a math question I'm there and even at work I'm the human calculator Our products never come boxed or strapped in even amounts and often I'm faster then the calculator.

I still find my self spelling words wrong but since I have been reading and posting here I have improved.

So with that in mind chrischris, I can see where you would think that way............Bronco

The Only Reason I brought up Spelling and Punctuation is because the Younger Folks are not being Taught, or Using the Correct Spelling and Punctuation, because the Computer Language and the Text Message Language is being Used More and More, and Punctuation and Spelling is not Used when they IM, Text, or Communicate on the Computer. I was not Speaking of the Occasional Misspelled Word, or Missed Punctuation Mark, I was Only Mentioning the Sentences Running on are the Norm to Younger Computer Users, Sorry, I didn't Mean to Upset Anyone!
