WOW!!!! Thank you all so much for the great birthday wishes. Tuffy (momma,lol), I liked how you cropped that pic from Florida, hehe. Sis(Red) thanks for your wishes too. I was'nt expecting so many responses, it's overwhelmingly sweet of all of you.
Jayne, I had plenty hugs and kisses from my grands today, but not sticky ones, we wash faces and hands as soon as the food is eaten, lol. I babysat today since both my daughter and her hubby had to work. Before she left for work, my daughter gave me a beautifull vase and a great glass picture frame that had words etched on it like "Grandma always make me feel so special", and hugs and kisses. When she came home from work she had a very nice windchime for me. She bought me a beautifull stained glass one at Christmas and I won't hang it outside because I'm afraid of it getting broke, so it hangs in my bathroom. She said this one was for outside it is wood and metal,lol. Then when my son-in-law got home from work he gave me a beautifull heart locket that had "Mom" engraved on it. He said that he did'nt know what to get me and figured since I treat him like he's my son, that the locket would work perfectly. Tomorrow is my daughter and I's day to go and do something, we still have'nt figured out what yet, but might go up to Oregon or down to Redding for the day, it's so hot (over 100 lately), that I don't know what I want to do. It's so funny, because for several years I really did'nt make any fuss over my birthday. Except for when I was married, because we got married on my birthday, he would get in double trouble if he forgot,lol. Now I have to decide what I want to do, AArrgghh, I hope I decide before tomorrow. Love y'all Vickie |
