RE: up date
Hurt,

Will keep you in my prayers that all goes right with your SSDI. I was notified that my claim was received the 16th of June, and when I got home from my holiday trip, had a package waiting from the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, Division for Disability and Determination Services full of questions about how my illnesses, diseases etc. affect my daily life. I will be mailing that off tomorrow now that it has taken me 2 days to fill it all in.

I also have to take all my med records to be copied at our local office tomorrow. They don't want the hassle of having to send for them and then sort through them all. I also need to take them a copy of my birth certificate, worker's comp IIB's award letter and the LTD paperwork. They are going to have fun making copies, as there are over 2000 pages that they will need in determining my disability, as they go back to 2003.

I am hoping that because I do have an attorney involved from the beginning that I won't have to appeal. Although I am under 50, it's only by a few years. And my disabilities as well as work restrictions will keep me from being able to do a lot of things, even if there were work available for me to apply for. In 6 months, there have only been 3 jobs advertised that I would be able to do without breaking my restrictions.

Angel ^j^

I've always been crazy, but it keeps me from going insane.
