RE: help
I'm not Sure if 2 Attorney's are Needed, but it wouldn't Hurt to Ask the Union. If Your Union gives You a Referral to an Attorney, and if You haven't Signed with any Yet, You can Choose the Attorney that You feel Most Comfortable with. There is nothing Wrong with Shopping around for the Attorney that You feel will do the Best Job for You! Best of Luck!!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |

RE: help
if your choice of attys does not work for you the union may have a law firm that will or they can make recommendations.
you should discuss it with your union steward. |
