RE: Hello / We all must be busy today.
It was raining to here yesterday and still raining. Im not complaining cause we need the rain badly our lawn is brown and wont use the well water to constantly keep it watered. We had 80's and 90's last week now we have 60's and very damp. So it's a bit chilly today which brings the pain on......Now I've been at work since 5:00 am and now have a few hours of paperwork. Then I'm thinking of a nap is in order, It's got to be the weather.......

Jayne.. Glad to hear things are looking better for you's, family is always welcome but there is a time when they need to go home. You have a house full, when we have all the kids at my parents you can slowly see the mood change, we know when it's time....LOL

Once this weather lifts things will be better here, maybe wont be so bored. If I could find a town with weather that would be between 70 and 85 with humidity below 30% I would move there in a second.

monster Wrote:UA - IS it possible she is on vacation? Not defending her I just know for a fact many atty's and docs are on vaca this time of year. My atty was last week and my pain management doc leaves this week. Sure hope things get straightened out for you, it sounds like a mess!

Hugs,
monster

One could only wish that was the reason Monster, but I think she was just avoiding me, as her paralegal always said she was here or there, or in a hearing. I know this morning she was trying to avoid me. I called around 11 AM. Her paralegal said she was in hearings all day. When I started telling her what was going on, she would put me on hold long enough that I thought she must have hung up. After about 15 minutes I guess she must have gotten totally dicomboobilated, as my attorney came on the line finally. She really didn't understand what I was saying, as she said the IC adjustor is going to fax her my AWW sheet and the paperwork that goes with it. I just want to know why I have 2 different claim numbers again, 2 different adjustors, and why none of the checks that I have received have been for the same amount. She said she would call me back as soon as she received the fax, and that was well over 3 hours ago. I know if I told someone that I worked for that I would call back as soon as I had the information and then didn't, it would be terms for dismissal.

To top it all off, I asked about my travel pay. The paralegal told me that they didn't submit it until the 4th of this month, even though I mailed it to them on the 28th of May. I have return receipt showing they received it on the 1st. And now she is saying that it is going to take them at least 45 to 60 days to review it, contact all of the Dr's that I saw and verify that I was indeed seen in their offices on the dates that I specified, as well as to make sure I figured my mileage correctly. Once again, the IC's way of saying hurry up and wait.

Didn't mean to write a book, but I have about had it with this whole claim and ready to make my attorney go for a contested claim to get it all worked out. All they have done is play games with me from day one, all kinds of statutes and regulations broken, but I am the only one that has been made to pay for it all. No treatment for over 14 months to where my injury became untreatable and I now face permanent loss of it in the future. And now they can't make up their mind as to what they are going to pay me for all of this.

I've always been crazy, but it keeps me from going insane.

RE: Hello / We all must be busy today.
Oh that darn Daver has been keeping me busy. He went to OH Sunday night to
help our oldest son on his house and Monday morning within the first 5 minutes of being on the job, he fell off of a sawhorse and dislocated his shoulder. Instead of telling one of the boys....he went to the other house him and Josh are staying in and put it back in place.....ouch.......he ended up going to the ER and I had to go and pick him up and bring him home. Guess where he is again this week???????? Back out there of course..... The really funny part was I put his X ray on the puter and it said this study done because patient fell from horse. I asked him if he specified it was a sawhorse instead of a real hoese and he said NO, but the lady taking the report looked at him funny when he said he had
jumped up on a horse and it collapsed under him......I guess carpenters think everyone knows what they are talking about when they say horse

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

RE: Hello / We all must be busy today.
UA I understand your frustration, WHAT A MESS!!!

We all know what stress does to our pain levels, please takecare of yourself!

My attorney told me a week ago the judge's decision was in but still he hasn't received the order in his office.

The hand surgeon told me 2 weeks ago he estimates I have 10 weeks before I loose use of the right hand.

Ever tried replacing a hearing aid batteries in a hearing aid when you have severe carpal tunnel? I lose 3/4 batteries everytime I attempt to replace them.
