Won SSDI case. How long now until the check comes??

In 2005 I was injured on the job, had my first surgery and release by the wc doctor to return to work with no restrictions.

I had continued medical problems and hired an attorney to reopen my claim in court 3 months after the doctor released me.

I filed for Social Security four months after my wc claim was reopened and SSA found me disabled and used the date my wc claim was reopen in court.

In doing so I received money starting the day the wc claim was reopened.

most likely days.... keep checking your checking account if you gave them that info as that is where they will send the check

I just got approved for ssdi about a month ago and still no check. Today, I received a letter informing me how much backpay I will receive and also how much they will pay to my attorney.
I stopped working in March 2006, I am getting backpay from September 2006 because the waiting period is 5 months according to the ssi letter.
I am still kind of confused how they calculated the offset and why am I getting full ssdi from June 2009 but not from September 2006.
The wc timeloss check still the same, so I am not sure if I have to pay them back the difference for this month since I will be getting the full amount from ssi?
I will ask my attorney I guess.

Although I was approved on my own and didn't need an attorney I did ask mine about the date I was approved. It was like SSA just pulled a date out of the sky. They did not use my DOI>>>>> My attorney told me this is happening alot lately. SS wants to give people disability when they feel they deserve it instead of turning people down and making them get attorneys and wait, wait , wait BUT they are not going back years with everyone so as not to pay years of backpay.
