RE: Is this Workman's Comp?
Bad Boy Bad Boy Wrote:cbv1 Good point Bad Boy. I just got off the phone with a person that works in a law firm that works with WC and SSDI claims and she also asked if his doctor can relate these problems with his work. I need to check with my husband and ask him if he ever told his doctors about work. My husband is one of those strong silent types so I am not sure how much he has disclosed to the doctors. She also mentioned since he will be 55 in December that chances of him getting SSDI are better. So we have some work to do. Thank you for the input, I really appreciate it. As you can tell I had no idea where to start but now I do. Thanks again! |

RE: Is this Workman's Comp?
it's not uncommon to have workers start with an atty before seeing a doctor; many state systems are dominated by litigation.
