Smile Hello can any one tell me if workmans comp payments or lump sum payments are taxable? Do they still get added to you income tax forms?

NO, Meaning, WC benifits are non taxable.

we had to put them on the tax paperwork but there were no taxes taken....

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

My final paycheck in December was not the same as my W2 as the W2 didn't include any Workers Compensation.

The W2 is what was used to do my taxes.

Workers Comp is not taxable income.
