Puzzled about my IME

RE: Puzzled about my IME
Hi dmma, and Welcome to the Forum!! Just a Suggestion: Before Calling Anyone such as Your Employer, the Ins. Co.Handling Your Claim, or Anyone Else Involved in Your Case, Please Check with Your Attorney! Usually when You Retain an Attorney, they don't want the Injured Worker Calling Anyone without getting Their Permission. Too many Cooks can Spoil the Soup, I know I am not Allowed to Contact Anyone Involving My Case, My Attorney does that, and You May want to also Discuss the Non-Payment of Mileage with Your Attorney! I know it May seem like Your Hands are Tied, but when You Hire Counsel, they are the Ones to do the Calling! Best of Luck, and a Second Opinion on Your IME from a Dr. of Your Choosing is a Very Wise Move by Your Attorney, it seems like They are on the Ball!! Have a Great Week End!!Wink

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!
