I have a program with my camera that I use. I have a cannon and after downloading my pictures from my camera to my computer I can downsize.

Maybe someone else can help out here,,,,,,,,,Admin, BB Red, or anyone else. Vickinat also is good at these things.

Hi all.. fencer... to downsize you must use a software such as what comes with your camera as Tuffy did. There will be an option somewhere depending on the software you use that says resize. The size must be less than 500X500... after you have downsized your picture to post however, make sure that you save it as a different name than your original or you will never get the true quality of your picture back for other uses. Mine downsize to 640 x580 and work well. They come up thumbnail and can be clicked on to inlarge.

My daughter scans a pic on the printer and then crops it to make it smaller.

You can also try resizepic.com. I use that alot to resize my pics when they are to large.

I still have not figured out how to get these pictures smaller, but I have a neighbor that will come over later and give me a lesson, after all, I'm a farmer not a techy!!! Once I get it figured I'll post one critter a day and that should keep this post going till 2010!!!
