Lawyer ?
I am shopping around for comp laywer tomarrow in Florida I was hoping someone in the same area as i live has been through this and found a good one and could give me his name I live in Fort Walton Beach.. I also would like to know what Florida Comp Lawyers usually charge I know there is a percent if you get a settlement but what I have read here it says they take some of your wages from your workmans comp checks For the love of God you dont get much to begin with can anyone help me? ty

20% first $5,000; 15% second $5,000; 10% on amount received over first 10 years, 5% on balance, statute
Sorry, but that is all I know. 8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom. |

5% on balance statue? is that what you recieve that workmans comp gives u to live off? and ty its more than what i knew im new to this ty again
