Hang in there BBBB and have a little more patience,, You have fought a long hard battle, so what is a little longer. It will all be over before ya know it and then you can begin your life without W/C hanging over your head. Believe me when I say that is a great feeling....... and you deserve it!!!!!!!!!!

Bennett64, I know I won't get screwed like you have put it. I do know the first Insurance Attorney is on my side, and has said they have their offer set already. Only I need to settle with both insurance carriers at one time.
I wish to thank everyone again for the prayers and nice words to lift my spirits. I think this delay can turn into a good thing. And sometimes waiting brings out the best of things. I wasn't up-set, but I was sure ready. Then again, I have been ready since they cut me off in 2004. Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes.
