I SMASHED MYFINGER WITH A HAMMER AT WORK THE DOCTAR REMOVED SOME SMASHED BONE REPAIRED MY FINGER NOW ITS A LITTLE SHORTER AND DEFORMED WITH LITTLE FEELING TO THE TIP DOES MY WORKS INSURANCE OWE ME COMPANSATION FOR MY LOSS

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

There is a difference between you insurance at work and workers compensation. Did you file a Workers Compensation Claim????
