IME Appointment tomorrow

I live in Kentucky, and have been on WC since Dec 08', when I fell at work and injured my shoulder. I just got a letter last week from WC with an appointment with their IME tomorrow. I picked up my records from a surgeon I have been seeing here( saw him 3 times) and the notes on my condition are totally false. He stated that my shoulder strength was a 5/5, yet never done any testing to find that out, never even actually done an exam where he placed his hands on my shoulder, or asked me to do any type of ROM moves or anything. Should I report this to the IME when he is presented with the notes? Dr. also stated that I was not interested in having the surgery he reccomended, when all I said was that I would like to try another steroid injection first(have only had 1 thus far). What should I expect from this IME, anything to be nervous about? Will my WC payments stop after tomorrow? What about the payments for my medical bills and RX? Any help would be greatly appriceated....Thanks!

yes. be perfectly candid with the doctor about what treatment you have had. you may also want to file a complaint with the medical board.
how benefits will be affected will depend on the IME opinion which i can't predict.
