1171 is Absolutely Correct with Their Response to You, NEVER,NEVER, ASSUME Anything in a w/c Case, when You Enter this Wonderful World of w/c, Reasonable Judgment and Common Sense goes Straight Out the Door!!
Your Best bet is Obtaining Counsel, and do All You can to Learn how the w/c System Works in Your State! My Very Best, I Hope You get things Straightened Out!!Smile
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!
