Prospective Employment Authorization
I am currently still on leave and should be back to work next week. Monday I applied for a different job and received a call within 24hrs. I did not have my phone with me so this person left a message. I have tried to call this person back several times and even emailed still no response. How could a prospective employer get info about my WC claim that fast. And is there any way to remove my WC claim from public record after I return to work. One lawyer I spoke with [/font]said it stays on your record for life. Thank you for any and all replies.

RE: Prospective Employment Authorization
Public records are just that, open to the Public.

Get use to it.

RE: Prospective Employment Authorization
If your claim is litigated many court filings are searchable by those firms that supply background checks.
