My friend, good for you on the penalty money. I beleive as injured workers that we are entitled to everything we have coming to us. We should not let these WC companies get away with anything. They put us through hell and neglect the care that we need. Some of these adjusters are nothing but insurance whores. That's my opinion and I am sticking to it. I have been in this situation 10 years come June. The road has not been easy as no one would know better than yourself. You also get every dime you deserve. We have suffered enough for it and our lives will never be the same. Tell you wife, Happy Mother's Day for me. I will keep you posted as to what happens at my neurosurgeon visit on the 18th.
