RE: Vicodin & Opium based medications
Your not rambling, communicating. I too watch HOUSE, my wife and I watch it all the time. The first time I watched it I was in the hospitol and woke up to find my parents and wife watching it. I could not at first understand why anyone would like that SOB for how mean he was. But I love the show and wouldnt mis it for nothing. I also think we get addicted to meds because they push them on you and when I was injured I was on fentanyl Iv and the nurses were even pushing the button for me.
Dont get me wrong I did not mind and did not feel pain at all they did ween me off durring my 2 month stay. But sending you home with vicodin and oxxy every 4 hours still did not work like the fentanyl. So there is a difference between a user but it can lead to abuse at least my oppinion. Now I did know a gal who injured her back (atv accident) was on oxxy and caught her crushing them and snorting it. I questioned her and she said it gets in her system faster. Now I dont doubt her pain but question her way about it.

But I too had to fight to get off narcotics vicodin was not a real problem but the oxxy was another story. My worst addiction now is ambien 10mg and the stinking 2 nsaids aday which dont do crap but does help. ..............
