RE: Don't forget the hummingbirds
My first little bugger (hummingbird) returned today. He is 4 days early, but I was ready for him. Dave and I sat there and watched him for quite awhile. He flew right to the feeder just like he never left. Ha Ha Still , somehow he made it past you and got to the safety of my house. LOL

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

RE: Don't forget the hummingbirds
My birds are flying right up to me as I sit on my patio. I have 3 of them right now and just waiting for more to come. When they come close to me I say, "Well hello little bird", they flap their wings then fly off. I am amazed at how close they are coming up to me. Last year after Hurricane Gustav and Ike I was swarming with them. I doubt that I will have that many this year. I think they were lost in the storm like everyone else. I just adore them.

Backache,
Glad you and Dave are feeling better.

RE: Don't forget the hummingbirds
MJC If you hold a red flower in your hand they may come right up to you. Usually when I fill the feeders and I'm walking through the yard they are landing on the feeders before I hang them up. Keep me posted on how many you have. My bluebirds have their first nesting and I know they will have about 3 more this year. Nature sure is wonderful......

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!
