well
Looks like the wc lawyer is stepping on her toes again, the judge ordered mediation and she will not respond to my lawyers calls. This does not look good for her as the I sat in front of the judge and heard him say to try mediation first and he set a time frame for it to happen and that time is up,it was to be done be for the next meeting with the judge and that's next week,it will be interesting to see what the judge says.I bet they will postpone it again.sorry I havent been around been busy and hurting bad so im not sitting for long or standing or walking it just stinks.have a good day all.

Each day is not a rite,it's a given.

RE: well
hurt,
I see you mention "she" regarding your case. Have you had many female case workers compared to males? I have always had great results when I have had a mae as my adjuster. When I get a female, like I have right now they are the worse bitches you could imagine. They never work with you and all they do if fight, fight, fight against you and your needs and do not do their job. I know that for a fact as it has never failed. Those female bitches leave you to rot. Oh God, I am venting my frustrations at this time......so sorry. Have a great day and God Bless you!
